...knee while practicing? They always remind you not to overdo it and yet you still manage to forget what your limits are and overstretch. What should I do now? Continue practicing or wait?
The symptoms are very vague but I can clearly feel the discomfort in the left knee if I squat randomly or do a moderate lunge or bend forward and just try to reach the floor with my hands.

My question is also: is it a permanent damage?

People with knowledge, explain to me please: when stuff like that heals, how exactly does it happen?
