What am i suppose to do with a wound that has yellow slough?It's infected, but getting better. i covered it with a non-stick stertile pad before school but when i checked afterward, the slough came apart from the edge and the edge is loose and moisty(gross). should i take that part of slough off? or leave it be?
and is yellow slough a good thing? (healing?)
I'm not sure if covering it is good or not :/ cause i want it to scab more but i dont think it will unless i dry it out...so i'm not sure what to doooo with the wound
