Hi,
for the past few days I've noticed a yellow mark on my upper arm (near my shoulder) and it's not like a Bruise because when I touch it it doesn't really hurt or anything. There's also a tiny red dot near it.
I haven't injured myself or anything, so any ideas what it is?
