Yellow Discharge from Runny Nose

I had sinusitis a few days (headache, runny nose, cough etc), got an antibiotic plus anti histamine tablets (prescribed by doctor), which took care of the headaches etc. The only thing remaining is the cough, which is more of an irritation, can take care of it with sips of water during day and honey before going to sleep (1 table spoon) - cough (doctor says, its allergy) is worse at night (no sleep possible without honey).

Today, nose suddenly started running. Yellow fluid, very runny (like water) and is intermittent.

It is strange and I am just wondering, what can it be.

Any ideas?
