We bought a car Septmeber last year which was being sold as a 2010 model. On our contract it says 2010 model. Recently while looking at the car we saw it was actually made in 2009. So therefore... worth a lot less then what we thought.
What are our rights here - the car yard said it was 2010 - so does the contract.
So where it says on the contract YEAR OF CAR: they wrote 2010 and on the compliance plate on the car it says 2009 that is fine? that doesn't make much sense... since there is a difference in value between a 2009 and a 2010
