Year abroad for my International Business university course?

I'm from the UK and I'm going to uni in september of this year to study International Business. I can spend the 3rd year of my 4 year course studying and working in a different country. I can learn the language as part of my uni course but I don't have to be able to speak the language already.
The only language qualifications I will have are A* GCSE french and AS french, I doubt I'll get a good grade - I hate french!

I can't decide where I should I my year abroad. The options are France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and a few more. I'd love to go to Japan, and the uni is in Tokyo. (Not every university I applied to has all these options, these are all of them mixed together).

Is Japan a good choice? I do not have to be able to speak japanese, I'll be taught in english but since I'll be living there for a year I'd have to learn the language. Part of the reason I'm asking is the country I want to go to will have an influence on the UK uni I choose.
