Year 12 Food Tech Folio Help!?

I'm doing year 12 food tech and it's required that we have to come up with a theme for our folio. I skipped out on year 11 food tech so I don't really even know what to put in my folio. My question is, can anyone give me really good themes for my folio. Other girls are doing "around the world", "french patisserie" & "royal wedding" etc. Pleas help!
