I've recently started taking physics and am finding it really hard. if someone could help me with this problem that'd be great. don't forget I've just started so please put it in a way i can understand 
a car is travelling at 7.0m/s.s and then accelerates at 2.0ms.s.s for 5s. Determine;
a) the final speed of the car;
b)the distance that the car traveled.
