Be wary, it will fit and have the same bore, but you need to be sure that the jets are the same, also be sure that the air boxes are the same.

It would have to be a similar bore, yes, but you would also have to have a similar linkage on it as well to adapt the throttle cable. You can also rebuild those Virago carbs pretty easily too if thats an option.
