yamaha waverunner wont crank, just clicks...?

i bought a 1999 yamaha waverunner abotu 3 weeks ago, and i had it out a couple times, it seems to run pretty good. then the last time i took it out, i let go of the throttle, and it slowley idled down and died, and when i tried to start it again, it would not turn over, it would just click like the battery was dead. the battery is fine, i charged it and tested it. could my engine be siezed?? i tried to turn the driveshaft by hand, with the spark plugs out. but i couldnt move it either way...am i supposed to be able to turn the engine over by hand with the driveshaft? also, how would i go about jumping the starter selenoid? im not even sure where it is at? im not loking foward to having to pay a shop 80$/hour to work on it. any help would be appreciated. thanks
