Yamaha TTR230 DIRT BIKE GOES BY ITSELF!!!?

Yamaha TTR230, 4 stroke, when in gear the bike will always be moving forward slowly about walking pace(unless clutch is in), I have tried turning the throttle back but it is all the way back where it should be, also at the same time my bike stopped running after 5-10mins when choke was in, would not start again unless I took choke back out...then if I put it in once im going it cuts out after a short while...HELP PLZ!!

You should check the ignition timing,but you need special tools like a strobe light and the correct timing specs for yoyr bike.
