I think you still have carb issues.Check your float level it's probably too low.

OK.. i'm having misfiring problems on my Yamaha..

Plug is not being fouled and is sparking ok,

HT coil is sparking ok..

changed to fresh petrol just to be sure and cleaned air filter

Stripped and cleaned carb, all fine

Done valve clearances

Im now pretty sure i have an electrical problem, could it be the CDI? i read somewhere that CDI units either work or they don't. The bike runs, it just starts to misfire (changing up a gear usually helps)

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I would agree with Bob, you have probably got a fuel starvation problem - higher revs needs more fuel, change up and revs drop....
