Yamaha rt 100 front shocks too soft?

hi, i own a 1995 yamaha rt 100 and the front fork shock is way too soft and i was wondering if there was anyway that i could stiffen them up (i weigh 145) and when i put all my weight on the front they go 4/5 the way down
