Yamaha Bws big bore 70cc will start only with high revs and dies at idle. there is also lots of white smoke?

I think that 1. the vacum is maybe not working properly 2. the mixture is too rich. 3. idle jets arent clean.

PLease help me. and suggest settings for mix screw and idle screw
