I own a Gibson electric guitar (Firebird V, if you must know) and I was thinking of getting an acoustic for the stuff I have that needs an acoustic sound. I really like how the Yamaha looks (blue is awesome) and the tone of the guitar when tuned down to open D minor. However, I'm more of a fan of dobro-type sound when in any other tuning. I don't play too much open D minor but the Yamaha's pretty and it can plug in. Which should I get? Also, what's a good, cheap dobro?
