Yamaha Aerox 2009 Help?

I have recently bought a Yamaha Aerox and i have 250km on the clock. I was wondering if i put a new exaust on would it affect the bike because it is still running in. And how much of a difference and exaust would make. And what exaust would be best for less than £100 ? Thanks Matt
