I'm buying this 2003 25 hp yamaha 4 stroke electric start. The guy says they are the second owners and got it from a friend who took care of it and it has been maintenced every year. He said that a few weeks ago it was running then one day he tryed starting it and it fired up then died. I think it could be carb clogged? spark plugs bad? gas lines? the starter still works he says but it won't turn on. What should i look for before i buy this ? It will be my first four stokre. What could be the problem?
