Yahoo messed up my USB headset.?

Whenever i joined a conference in yahoo and try to speak yahoo muted my mic, permanently,

I tried the USB in another port and it wasn't muted so i tried yahoo again, same thing happened.

Now whenever i plug my mic in those two USB slots on my usb hub that i used on yahoo my mic is muted, but not any other slots.

Have any ideas?
