Whenever I go to my yahoo in-box I get a pop-up on the bottom right of my my web browser (note: pop-ups are disabled). It has the yahoo messenger logo at the bottom of the box with a yahoo chat screen (happy face also there) and the notification says
"user-name will receive your chat message after signing in" this is in a grey font then below this the next message in black says,
"user name has added you to his or her online contacts list" and then in a light blue the option of accept | decline is listed for selection. Below this there is another message saying
" You are no longer signed into Chat"
I do not use yahoo messenger and chat is always set to "disconnected on my web email in-box" however this message keeps returning. I have tried to accept and also tried to decline but the message comes back every time I open my in-box or refresh the page or open a new tab with my in-box in it.
note: where I have written "username" above this is just the user name of one of my friends who happens to use MSN messenger, and recently upgraded to Live messenger I don't think he even uses Yahoo messenger.
