Yahoo mail, photos no showing up ?

A few days ago my yahoo mail only shows an empty box with a red x in in, where a photo should be. This is happening on three different computers, 2 desktops and one laptop. I have sent an email to yahoo however they feel the error is on the senders side. I dissagree, as photos were showing up in yahoo mail only a few days ago from the same sendors on all three machines. I am using windows XP, IE 7, I tried downloading foxfire on one machine and then oped yahoo mail, same issue though this yime just an empty box where a photo should be. I have check all machines to make sure the approperiate boxes are checked in yahoo mail security, they are. Could this problem be from an update to windows?

Any suggestions would help as this is driving us crazy.
