In Yahoo games an automated posting programme has started putting messages about a cinema web site in the Chat window. As no name is given one cannot use the "ignore" button. I have reported it to Yahoo, but only get an automated response. My messages cannot have been read by a human as the replies suggest that I use the ignore button which - as I explain above - cannot be done. Does anyone have any practical suggestions as to how I can eliminate this plague?
