Yahoo! Chat Un-Blocking Question?

I was receiving some messages that I wanted to ignore, so I decided to block the user. Now, I want to see if they commented anything else and need to un-block them. I went into the Yahoo! Chat FAQ and it tells me to go to Mail Options → Spam. I did that and the further options they are telling me to use are not there.

Can anyone help me?
No, this is not Yahoo! Messenger - it's the Yahoo! Chat located when you open up your Y! Mail page.
