Yahoo! Answers image uploading question.?

My friend has Yahoo! Answers and he wants too upload an image on it because he is tired of that stupid smiley with his mouth open. There are 3 steps. 1# Go into your Documents folder and pick the image you want. Step #2 Type in the security code. #3 Click Upload. Well whever he picks his image its fine, and then when he does step #2 he types int eh right code then he clicks upload. then it finally makes u Crop it. he crops it then clicks "Sumbit" and then it just goes back to step #1, what wrong?? p.s. this is his 2nd account
