I had actually read somewhere where he said he would be open to doing that! I was really surprised because I figured he was so busy with Criminal Minds he wouldn't have time. Guess their season filming has wrapped up or whatever. I would absolutely love to see him! That would be great!
 
I am thinking that Devon maybe his son. When Tyra told him on the May 25th episode that she was as much a Hamilton as Devon is a Winters. It made be think that Devon would somehow turned out to be a Winters. That would be kind of weird that Neil would have taken care of his brother's children.
