hi people, i have recently bought a 2006 focus tdci 1.8. it consumes more than it should. i only get around 35mpg. my mates got the exact same car and he gets over 45 mpg. i drive on both urban and rural. how can i improve this.
my cars only done 35k miles but when you drive it, it feels like a banger. the interior is a bit rattly. bit and bobs are coming of. its hpi clear. y is it like this its a 06 plate with only 35k miles and 1 previous owner. can i take the car to some one who might be able to test it and c if the milage has been clocked back, because thats the only thing that comes to my mind. (hpi report shows no record of mileage on the car.
