y did they change Noctis' design (from ff versus ps3)?

did any1 else notice? he looks older, more emo, and more punk like rockstar. hes not wearing the costume that we saw in the 2006 trailer and his hair is more spiky. My only answer 2 the changes im seeing is that they got sued for the old design cuz it kindda looked like sasukes from naruto. I HOPE IM WRONG CUZ I DONT LIKE THESE CHANGESSSSSSSSSSS
