Hi,
I am using XP and connecting wireless to internet via a belkin router and modem. In the system tray i get a wireless connection icon which flashes blue as it recieves "packets". Why it is flashing on & off - it makes my internet go slow. How can i get the icon to stay constantly on the blue i.e constantly recieving packets whilst using internet?

Any help appreciated

ok this is because very time u are downloading or something like watching vids on youtube it has to work harder its telling u this if u want it to stop just tern it around or move closer to the wire less box and this will not make it go slow if u have added any wireless things to the system u have split the signal in hafe meaning it will work slow and also all pcs get slow After time do a scan to see it u have a virus that are eating away at your files and merry christmas
