XL883N Harley Davidson Iron 883 (2012) Tire Pressure?

What is the tire pressure that supposed to be for the Iron 883? The manual says 30 psi in front 40 psi in the rear but the authorized dealer\serivce told me to do it 30 psi in front and 36 in the rear. Does anyone really know what pressure to go on with? Come on guys, help this new fellow biker.
 
ALWAYS GO WITH MANUAL SPECS OVER THE OPINION OF SOME DEALER!!!!
The 30psi in the front has more give to absorb and grip a sharp stop and the rear 40psi gives it a slightly better
milage / take off.
