XBOX Live sets the wrong time on my dashboard.?

When I sign into Live, the time on my xbox sets to the wrong time. It shows an hour earlier than it actually is.

I have looked in the console settings and it seeems to have the correct region.

Anyone know why this is happening, or have a solution?
