Ok so
#1.When my 1 month of free gold is done, what will happen to my account?

#2.After that, will it not allow me onto Xbox live until i use a card?
So i'll be downgraded to silver and will be connected to Gold when i activate my card? Nothing will happen to friendlist, ect ect, and no harrasing call from nobody X) LOL.

You'll still have your account, but you would be downgraded to silver, losing the ability to play online with others as well as waiting a few days to download stuff from XBLM when they are released.

#1. When your 1 month expires, your account will go towards a silver one.
#2. And to continue with that, you will not be able to play online unless you buy a 1,3, or 12+1 card, but you can still use the essential parts of live like movies, game vids, and demos.

When your trial expires your account will become a "Silver" account. A Silver account has access to their friend's list, access to messaging and voice communications, and access to the Marketplace. The can also play single player games normally.

The downside to Silver is you don't have the option to play your games online, which is the most enjoyable part of the Xbox Live experience. You also have to wait a few days for Marketplace releases to be available to you, because according to Microsoft, access to fresh content should be reserved to subscribers.

You can return you account to "Gold" status by either purchasing a monthly (~$7), quarterly (every 3 moths) (~$20), or annually (1 year) (~$50) card, but I highly reccommend linking your account to a credit card and selecting "Annually" because it'll automatically renew itself when it expires and it's by far the best time:price ratio.

Hope to see you online soon.
