xbox live arcade ripoff?

ok i purchased the all time popular game ultimate mortal kombat 3. along with double dragon, gauntlet, and street fighter 2, atleast $20 value in total. i deleted them to clear some space. i go to marketplace to find them and i feel i lost my sense of alphabetical order when i couldn't find any of those games, yet i still see people playing them on live...let me know if you can find these games too, there is plenty of proof they existed since i have records of playing it on my profile galactus_2008
