xbox is flashing yellow and green?

before every so often the xbox tray wouldnt open and now it just flashes yellow and green and does nothing.
I checked the powercord idk whats going on so any help is appreciated :)
 
Could possibly be a wiring issue or damaged caused by poor air circulation. I would call the customer service number that is included within the Xbox or go to Xbox.com to get the information. Good luck... you'll need it. -_-
