Xbox: If i delete a DLC, will i still have all my progress from the DLC when i redownload it?

For example: i have a DLC for battlefield 3 and the dlc includes guns and new challenges , i deleted it today because it took too much space, so when i redownload the dlc again, will i still have my guns that i unlocked from the dlc or do i have to unlock them all over again?
