For my birthday i got a 360 wireless headset. the manual said to charge it by connecting the USB charging cable to the xbox and the other end to the headset. it also said that it would have four lights flashing in sequence to indicate that it was charging. the first time i plugged it in - nothing, no lights. i left it there for a good three hours and still had nothing. feeling this was wrong i went ahead and called xbox, they said it could take up to 6 hours for the lights to come on and told me to leave it overnight. woke up next morning - nothing. i decided to go back to Gamestop and get it replaced. i plugged the new headset in overnight and just woke up with NOTHING. can anybody tell me whats going on and possibly how to fix it? did Microsoft produce a bad bunch of headsets or something?
i also called xbox 4 more times and they finally wanted me to send it in, but then never sent me a shipping label or address, and are now hanging up on me when i call.
