Recently I bought a wireless controller and when I first tried to use it from the package it said it connected to an Xbox as the fourth player and the Xbox doesn't say its even connected to it and its not connected haha.
Whenever I press the button on the remote to connect to it, it will just say its connected as the fourth player and thats it. It wont even work. Even when I press the connect buttons on the remote and the Xbox I still get nothing.
How can I restore it back to factory settings or something like that?
