xbox 360 repair, been sent some labels through e-mail. what do i do?

ok my xbox had the 3 red lights, i phoned microsoft and they said it needs to be repaired and they will e-mail me some labels to put on a box and ship out. but what and how do i do that? i dont know if they will send me a box or if i need to get my own. anybody else used this method plz help
