Xbox 360 Red Rings - Need Help Please -?

I know the story of the Four rings on the Xbox turning red. It happened once before, I put it in a different position and It worked perfectly. This time I did the same thing It didn't work, I also put a hot towel over it and it still didn't work. Any suggestions ?
 
I suggest you send it to Microsoft so they can fix it. They've only been offering that service for three years.
 
send ur 360 to microsoft and they'll fix it for you, they might even send it back to u also with a 1 month xbox live card.
 
I Suggest You Call Xbox customer support and get a hold of them to request a white box of doom to ship your console in it will come with packaging foam and bubble wrap and prepaid box all you do is log in and request a new box if you still have warranty but you get a free 3 year warranty and a 1 month prepaid month of Xbox live gold membership here is the website

Well, sometimes the red rings just dont go away. Ive sent mine away twice. Then the warranty ran out and I just bought an Arcade edition.

If youve saved it once, thats probably all youre going to get out of it. Id say call 18004MYXBOX and see what they say. Which would probably be schedule a repair. You could then try anything else anyone posts on here, but you might actually have to send it in.

wrap 3 blankets around it very tightly
let it over heat
then let it cool off for about 30 minutes
no more red ring
look it up on youtube =]
 
Good luck, man. I had to send mine in 6 times. They finally just sent me a new one. Contact 4myxbox.com or call 1800-469-9269. Have your serial number ready. It's on the back. And they are all Indian so be prepared to be patient.
 
yeah go on xbox.com and they should have somethin about the red ring of death... that is what you have.. microsoft will fix it for free
 
There are different meanings to the red rings. there are 4 quadrants that light up in a certain pattern.
