I was going to answer a question but there wasn't a unresolved question. i had this problem with 2 of my xbox 360 consoles and i looked it up on yahoo answers and nobody knows how to actually fix this. I DO. forget about what they say. Listen to me. First you have to get the 360. only the 360 not the cords or the hardrive. put it in its original box then put that box in another box. call Microsoft and someone will tell u what to do. they will give u a address to send it to. it will all take about 2 weeks. sorry but unless u want to buy a new one, do this. they will send it back repaired and it will be totally free.
