Xbox 360 mortal kombat arcade kollection help?

since its been at least 10 years since i last played the originals just wondered if there was any cheats/kombat kodes/hints etc to help me also how do u find reptile on mk 1? I did a double flawless and fatality on the pit and didnt block at all but no reptile? Did i do something wrong? Oh and the xbox controller officially sucks for games like this
