Xbox 360 Media Sharing.Need Help As I Cannot Watch Video's Or Listen To Music :(?

My pc is connected perfect to my Xbox 360.I am using windows media player 11 to share files.I have allowed everything in media sharing but i can only view the pictures. It is setup in the exact same way to my brothers pc and xbox 360 which is also in my house.
Can anyone help me ?
