So i got Kinect for my Birthday and it uses speech recognition, but in my country (New Zealand) it isn't available for speech recognition. So i changed the Console Locale to US and i can use speech recognition when offline, but as soon as i go online i lose the option to use speech recognition! i have already changed my Hotmail account Locale to US but my live account is still registering as NZ. i saw the option to 'migrate country' but it stated a would lose all my DLC re-downloads. what do i do?
