Ok I have Already called customer service and have it almost ready to be shipped and repaired.
I dont want to ship it if i dont have to.
I have one flashing red light in the right bottom corner. Before my xbox had an error the picture quality sucked and it was hard to see you playing. So i turned it off then turned it back on. It said call customer service the the error code E74. With a flashing light.
So I started messing around with it but the flashing light only comes on when you plug in the cord to the tv. So Im wondering if it has anything to do with the cord, maybe if I replace it, will the xbox work again. My friend had something happen to his like that, so he just used another cord and it was fine. So before I send it in I would like to know if i could just buy a new cord or do something that might fix it. So if anyone has any experience with my problem please let me know.
The xbox box starts loading the game and it works fine, until I plug in the cord to the tv, then it starts flashing red and the error screen pops up. So please what do you suggest???
