My headset it broken. Nothing is physically wrong with it but when i talk my friends can not hear me. The microphone must be busted or something. Can i send it into Microsoft to be fixed or to get a free new one, or does it have to be physically broken, and if it does, should i purposely brake it to send it in? thanks.
