xbox 360 headset problems?

My original headset broke in january and i purchased a new one in the middle of feb. from gamestop. it was the original microsoft brand. today i began having the same problems with it as i did with my old one, my question is, can i go back into gamestop and ask them for a replacement since microsoft will not do so?
 
There going to say no its been to long since you purchased it. Call microsoft and argue with them tell send you a new one if they keep saying no ask to talk to there supervisor but argue for awhile before you do that then they will work something out with u I done it plenty of times.
 
Unfortunately I don't think so. Hey, Its true they break easy they suck. But you did break it. Don't think I'm being mean i have the same problem
 
It would depend on who is working at that time and if they will allow it, and how long they will take returns. Some employees wont care what the policies are and give you a refund no questions asked. others will stick to policies and if returns are not allowed, they wont let you return it. Good Luck
 
yeaa they will replace it based on how many days you had it look on the recipt and if not hopefully your a member and theyll pull up your profile and let you know...

P.S dude used ones are only 20 and dnt get those crappy as wireless ones they suckk..

P.P.S.S: do wat i did and get a ps3 :)
