I'm not 100% sure on this, but I'm pretty sure you can't
If you buy an adapter somewhere, you probably could get the xbox headset to work with the computer, but the xbox website doesn't allow you to listen to or record voice messages no matter what, so the headset wouldn't help there. I wish they would let you though, it sure would be nice.
