Xbox 360 game freezes, what do I do?

My Need for Speed Prostreet continuously freezes everytime I try to load something. The places where its freezes varies, it could be in the title screen or the loading screen.

I admit I've played this game 6 hours straight before, but what happened to it? All my other games like ODST and Fable 2 are working fine.
 
take it out of the console and wash it with cold water and try it again if this dosent work its prolly scratched or broken
