Hi everyone, could use your advice.
I have an xbox 360 and it's part of the 1st generation. Keep in mind this is a rental product for a store (uh-oh, for real). It's been working fine and I have personally tested it right before the previous client has rented, and it was in
working order.
At this time, it seems I can go into the dashboard once in a while, if I try to load a game, in this case (Lost: The Game, which worked previously) will now load the UBISOFT menu and freeze in mid-animation.
There is no ring of death, no error msg on screen. Just a complete freeze.
I would like to know in your experiences, if this is caused by normal wear-n-tear (overheating, old age) or if this happens, say, if someone drops the console?
