I have the Dazzle DVC 100 USB video capture device. I wanted to record game play from my PS2 and my xbox 360. It worked fine for my ps2 on my Dell Inspiron 1420
-Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T7500 (2.2GHz/800Mhz FSB/4MB cache)
-2GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 at 667MHz
-128MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8400M GS
-Speed: 160GB SATA Hard Drive (7200RPM)
I had the need to format my hard drive after I finished reinstalling everything I tried to record game play from my xbox 360 but it kept dropping frames and desynchronizing. I got a Dell Studio 1535:
-Intel Core 2 Duo T8100, 2.1GHz, 800Mhz, 3M L2 Cache
-3GB, DDR2, 667MHz 2 Dimm RAM
-ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 3450 256MB
-320G 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
but still the same problem.
Could it be that the signals the xbox 360 sends to composite are differentdifferentPS2's. Any suggestions appreciated. (Does any one know of another way/device I can record game play I paid $50 for this which I thought was pretty cheap)
