The arcade bundle only comes with 256 megabytes of memory, which is only enough to save a few games, and is not enough space to download anything. The system is white and only comes with a standard av cable, which is only good for standard tv's.
The elite bundle is black, and comes with 120 gigs of memory, which is plenty for downloading stuff. It also comes with an HDMI cable, which is the best for HD tv's. it also comes with standard tv cables.

There is also a third bundle, the pro bundle. It comes with 60 gigs of memory, which is enough for the average user. It comes with standard and Component cables for tv. Component is ok for HD tv's. And the system is white
