i need to send my xbox 360 off for repair as it has the 3 flashing red lights, as it has done once before in the past! I tried ringing their phone line and it says to register for repair online-but when i try to register for repair online it says there has been a problem and please ring their phone line?! now the phone line is automated and i cant find a way to speak to a real person does anyone have any advice or phone numbers where i can speak to a real person???
